Cancellation Policy

⚠️PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT⚠️ Cancellations & rescheduling if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give me at least 24 hours notice. There will be a 30% Cancellation Fee if you cancel within less then 24 hours of your appointment time No Show if you do not show up to your appointment without giving me any notice you will be charged 50% of the service booked and may be banned from booking future appointments. Late arrival We all run a little behind sometimes, However if you are running more then 20 minutes late, I may have to reschedule your appointment. If you are running late please contact me as soon as possible. If I do not hear from you within my grace period your appointment may be considered a no-show Guest Policy To maintain a calm and focused environment, I ask that you come to your appointment alone. One guest may be accommodated with prior approval. Please note, children are not permitted. If a child is brought to the appointment, we may need reschedule and the cancellation fee will apply Service adjustments If a service cannot be completed as originally booked due to hair condition, previous color, or a change in desired outcome, the appointment will be adjusted accordingly. Time reserved is still billable. A minimum service fee of 30% of the original booked appointment will be applied to cover consultation, test strands, and/or treatments performed. Corrective color services are priced separately from standard services and may require multiple sessions. I offer a 7-day adjustment window for minor tweaks if you are not fully satisfied with your color. Adjustments must be requested within 7 days of your appointment and are limited to small refinements (such as toning or slight depth adjustments). This does not include major changes, lightening services, or transformations that differ from the original consultation. After 7 days, all services are considered final and any additional appointments will be booked as a new service. Pricing & policies are firm and none-negotiable.
